Interested in ordering a Xaxy Bakes Cake?
Here’s what you need to know:
TIMING
To ensure our availability, custom cakes should be ordered at least 2-3 weeks in advance.
PRICING
Each Xaxy Bakes custom cake is unique. Cakes start at $140 and go up in price depending on the complexity of design and the number of servings. You will receive a quote that is based on your individual specifications and needs.
CONSULTATION
To give you an accurate quote, tell us your date, servings needed, type of event, desired design/theme and any photo inspirations you may have and we will work with you to make your cake vision come to life.
TASTING
We offer a sample box with 6 cupcakes for $25 (baked by reservation only). Clients may choose 2 flavors and 2 fillings. If a client chooses to order a cake, the $25 is deducted from the total order.
SWEET TREATS
We offer a variety of desserts including cupcakes, cake pops, cake shooters, and other tasty treats. Treats can only be ordered with a cake.
PAYMENTS
All orders under $150.00 must be paid in full on receiving the invoice. For orders over $150.00, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date, with the remainder due one week before pickup/delivery. We accept payments via PayPal, Zelle, CashApp ($XaxyBakes) and cash.
SHORT NOTICE
ORDERS
Exquisite custom cakes take substantial preparation time. Based on availability we may accept short notice/rush orders. These are orders placed 1 week or less before your event. Full payment is due on receiving the invoice to secure these orders.
DELIVERY
We offer limited delivery throughout New York City and Long Island, within a 30 mile radius of Valley Stream, NY. Delivery fees are calculated by distance from the bakery.
DIETARY CONDITIONS
We currently do not offer cakes or treats made with special dietary restrictions in mind (including vegan, gluten-free or sugar-free).
